Operated as the sole national remote support manager of a fortune 100 company. The role involved risk , transactions analysis and Point Of Sale installation scheduling.

Commercial and Financial:

Assisted in turning a Fortune 100's NZ branch profitabilty therefore avoiding its closure. A turnaround where Mike was significant in exceeding targets in producing and supporting new business to key account level.

Operational and Technical:

On the pulse of all IT sectors.
The ability to deliver comprehensive reports, analyse data and present to board level.
